Modern (good) Poetry is not dead, it’s just not accessible to everyone, in terms of the ability to read it. Good literature and bad literature have always co-existed (although I particularly do not like to use those terms to talk about art), just as the fact that the masses usually prefer the latter. Sadly, this happens not only in the sphere of literature, but life in general. Good taste is something that not everyone has.
